Application :
To obtain satisfactory results. It essential that the moulds are clean. prior to the first use of silicone release agents, all residues from other release agents should be carefully removed. Apply a thin coat of release agent. The most efficient distance between nozzle and mould surface is about 30 to 50 cm (12 to 20″) if the mouldings are to be subsequently printed, varnished or labeled, please contact us, as for such cases special products are available.
